nice to meet you jessy675 !!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You mean a symmetry of rotation by 60 Why ain't dat the old Texan Equilateral Triangul

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

hexagon = \(\checkmark\)

Since a hexagon is a regular six sided polygon, each side lies exactly 60 degrees from any adjacent side. Therefore. rotating the hexagon by 60 degrees means each side will lie in exactly the same position as the side it was previously next to in the direction of rotation. You can see a hexagon by looking at the cells in a beehive, each of which is a hexagon. Turning a cell through 60 degrees makes the hexagon look exactly the same as before the rotation.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay and its the hexagon because there is 6 sides right?

jhonyy9 (jhonyy9):

jessy675 there you have wrote 60 degrees ,like angle of rotation ,yes ? so what sign this ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ooo okay thankk youuuuu

jhonyy9 (jhonyy9):

so you just need divide 360 by 60 and will get the right answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ya Welcome

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you explain things well :))

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@jessy675 ol gal - that thing above is Our Texan Scherifz Star !

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what about this though The measure of each exterior angle of a regular polygon is 24°. How many sides does the polygon have? 9 13 12 15

OpenStudy (anonymous):

o what is that ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Fin mi aut - wen AIm hear - and I olvayz , OLVAYZ vill anser ur kuehschins . Texas Promiz!
