Iambs are 'weakSTRONG' feet. If you write A this way, it goes: WHEther 'tis NObler in the MIND to SUFfer. it is not the expected sequence: wSTwSTwSTwSTwST (5 iambs) Try to write B, C and D capitalising the strong syllables, and the iambic pentameter will appear.
