how do you find partial fractions for laplace transforms of (s^2+3)/(s-1)(s^2+1)

This is an adaptive method that requires reasoning through what you have, to decide what to do... but numerically it tends to be simpler than methods described in most texts.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

This method is the old fashioned way, where you solve a system of equations to get the unknowns. It seemed easier in this case.
