what is the absolute max, min, local max and min for f(x)=2e^x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=2e^x&lk=4 Thats what the graph looks like.

I'm thinking abs max would be infinity and abs min would be a limit as x approaches 0. Don't know about the locals tho

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What are u thinking

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think the min should be not exist

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I guess technically it doesn't but it does get closer and closer to zero so you could write it as a limit as x approaches 0. I guess ultimately it will depend on what ur teacher is looking for

umm ok thanks
