Well sure, unless your table of values is infinitely long.

It is very true. Sometimes the values are rational and therefore they do not appear in the table. They could have the imaginary i or square roots.

@sue101 - that seems like a reverse situation: values on the table that do not appear on the graph (because of imaginary components). Also a possibility though.
