A researcher while working in vitro (outside cell) added helicase enzyme which resulted in the untwisting of the DNA helix. But this untwisted ahead of the replication fork. Which enzyme can be added to correct this problem

OpenStudy (aaronq):

topoisomerase btw "in vitro" does not mean outside of a cell, it means on a test tube or another piece of lab container.

@ mookbear17 .it is in vitro and you are adding one enzyme to it, so the resulting enzyme action will not be specific to one region. i guess instead it twist dna in random. but the answer is topoisomerase as said by aaronq
