#MOOC question. I saw in another question that we should post our homeworks in this site, but I can not find where this should be posted (RTFM question maybe?)

I don't think there is a special place, I just attached the homework_1.py file to the post, with the "attach file" button, into the post you mention

I think the point of Mookie (#MOOC-E) is that you don’t send your homework to a prof to evaluate, but we should evaluate each other’s homework via the mailing list, OpenStudy and/or an online code repository (like Gitorious, GitHub or BitBucket).

@FabienToune I asked around and got an answer from @TuringTest saying that “In general it is against the code of conduct to give direct answers. Always try to guide users toward an answer. I suppose if it's not graded you can be a bit less careful, but don't go around posting answers. That is not the point of this site.”

So I think even us #MOOC users should not post direct answers to questions/assignments here, but hints and helpful answers.

Where are MOOC students supposed to post course homework py files?

the python mooc is an open class, all you receive is what you put into it. there is no instructor or anyone grading. just do what you feel like you need to do

@Joet99 I suppose the best place for that would be to ask your #MOOC group (via the mailing list) what they think about checking each-other’s homework and if so using which tools (e.g. send files by mail or put on a Git or what).

…I do think we’re slowly diverging a bit from the topic of the original question.

Hey, yeah, feel free to post whatever and whenever. The goal here is not to submit a bunch of right answers, it's to become great programmers. Let people see your code-- chances are they will think of ways to improve it!
