No fear, Terence is here :D So, your denominator is already x-2. So turn it into (x-2)(x-1)(x-6) :D

terenzreignz (terenzreignz):

But you have to be "fair" to the numerator :D Whatever you multiply to the denominator, so must you also multiply to your numerator to keep your fraction value the same :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can you help me turn x-2 to (x-2)(x-1)(x-6)

terenzreignz (terenzreignz):

Simple. Just multiply it to (x-1)(x-6) ^.^

terenzreignz (terenzreignz):

But as I said, be "fair" to the numerator, multiply it to (x-1)(x-6) too :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

2x^2-24/x^3-12

terenzreignz (terenzreignz):

What was your numerator? It was 2, right? Just multiply it to (x-1)(x-6) You get 2(x-1)(x-6) Just keep it like that, lol

oh ok lol thanks :)
