These are simple additions. The first one takes (x, y) to (x - 7, y) and the second one will take (x - 7, y) to (x - 7 + 14, y + ?) (whatever ? is) So the final result will be (x + 7, y + ?), and the rule will be (x, y) → (x + 7, y + ?)
