If the magnitude of x prime crossed with x double prime equals sqrt((6t^2)^2 + (6t)^2 + 2^2), is it safe to say it reduces down to 2sqrt(9t^4 + 9t^2 + 1)?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

take x prime to be z x'' = dz/dt

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm not quite sure I understand...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x'.x'' = zdz/dt then solve the differential eqn

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It was crossed, not dotted.... But I'm only finding the magnitude, and using the sqrt(a^2 + b^2 + c^2) formula and then simplifying down

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is x prime dx/dt

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No, it's (1,2t,3t^2)
