What is what?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

mLAGD? The L is supposed to be side ways alittle

OpenStudy (anonymous):

???????

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Perhaps you mean, what is angle AGD ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes like what degrees

OpenStudy (anonymous):

132 degrees or 138 degrees? Thats what I'm thinking

OpenStudy (anonymous):

????

Okay. As you can see, angle AGD is lying on line DC which is made up of 3 other angles. So, in order to find its measure we need all three angle measures. Lets find the degrees for angle AGB first. Corresponding angles have the same degree. Angle AGB is corresponding to EGF. Therefor angle AGB is 22 degrees. We already know that angle BGC is 20 degrees. Remember that as a straight line, DC has to be 180 degrees. So the three angle measures must add up to 180 degrees. Lets see... 22 + 20 + G = 180 180 - 42 = 138. Therefor, you were right. Angle AGD is 138 degrees.
