i can get you three lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

first find the total area and divide by 4, maybe you get an inspiration

OpenStudy (anonymous):

|dw:1351899349374:dw| not sure

OpenStudy (anonymous):

those aren't congruent... 1 and 2 are smaller than 3 and 4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Just for easy numbers, say the square is area 16, and the half-square is area 8, so total area is 24, and each congruent part needs area 6.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol the picture shows that very clearly n vividly,,,

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Alibeg, how long before the inspiration happens? ;)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well, depends on the timezone...at my place, it is 39 min after midnight so i might not get one...:D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so an area 6 shape might be an area 4 square with a half-square of area 2 attached... Like a mini version of the original diagram. (brainstorming only... no solution in mind yet...)

@JakeV8 you're right |dw:1351899837549:dw|
