in a binary system, is it possible that planets orbit in opposite direction to orbit of primary star?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

binary stars form when molecular clouds collapse. when cloud starts to collapse it compresses. this results into rotation of cloud in one direction (assume clockwise). cloud fragments into two forming binary. this causes binary to revolve in clockwise direction. so the question is : since cloud and later Star started to rotate clockwise, is it possible that protoplanetary disk which forms planets to revolve around sun in opposite direction (anti-clockwise)?

MY advice - Nice question to search on \(google\) :)

i beleive it is possible if planet is of comparable size to its star (just like Jupiter to Sun) and bit distant away from its star.
