What is the difference between magnetic flux and magnetic field?

flux is the amount of magnetic field and field is the space or the region around magnet or magnetised material experiences magnetism

consider an area or a cross sectional area the amount of field passing through it, is flux, but field is defined as the space or the region around anything up to which it has its effect, so magnetic field is region around magnet and flux is density of that field in a particular area

every charge carries electric field. it is inward for negative and outward for positive charge. likewise, magnetic field is magnetic force per unit charge. force it would exert on object with opposite polarity (north and south magnetic field) when this magnetic field line extend in space and penetrates an object. these magnetic field line are cut by certain area of object. this penetrating lines in object induces magnetic flux in object. in simple term, it is roduct of magnetic field lines penetrating object time perpendicular area of object
