Which of the following is equivalent to a slope of -4 :3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@iforgot @Kira_Yamato @nicolebears

OpenStudy (kira_yamato):

Huh?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is there a picture?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Dangy Its suppose to be -4 but I put a :3 as cat face. Noot a good dea

OpenStudy (kira_yamato):

Souka

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Souka is the answer? Well Darren must be the answer than. Oh you silly vampire. What is a souka

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh and the answer ;)

OpenStudy (kira_yamato):

No... It just mean "I see" If you take 2 points and take the difference of the y-coordinates divide by difference of corresponding x-coordinates, and then you get -4 then the slope is -4 \[m = \frac{y_1 - y_2}{x_1 - x_2}\]

OpenStudy (kira_yamato):

where the coordinates of the two points are (x1, y1) and (x2, y2)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What

OpenStudy (kira_yamato):

If you take 2 points, (x1 , y1) and (x2 , y2), take the difference of the y-coordinates (y2 - y1) divide by difference of corresponding x-coordinates (x2 - x1), and then you get -4 then the slope is -4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what.

OpenStudy (kira_yamato):

|dw:1352522153630:dw| If (d - b) / (c - a) = -4, then the slope is equivalent to -4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is i -4/-1 or -1/-4 or -4/ +1 pr +1/-

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Tank you
