In #2, we should say... "Le toca a Susan QUITAR la mesa." We need to use the infinitive, here.
Why would you not conjugate it?
Because we're saying, "It's Susan's turn TO CLEAR the table." Quitar means "to clear," you see?
On the other hand, "quita" would just mean "she clears."
