Help please. I'm really bad at this. D: Choose the slope-intercept equation of the line that passes through the point (-2, 4) and is parallel to y = -3x + 6. y = x + y = 3x + 10 y = -3x - 2 y = -x +

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well the slope of the line that is parallel with y=-3x+6 should have the same slope and there is only one answer that has that slope

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and with perpendicular the slope would be the negative reciprocal which means if the slope is -3 the negative reciprocal is positive \[\frac{ 1 }{ 3 }\] or if the slope was \[\frac{ -1 }{ 2 }\] the negative reciprocal would just be 2
