just factor the top polynomial and then the bottom
see if you can cancel any thing out

what i did was to factor both the numerator and the denominator
i got an imaginary root/solution
so how can i plot it in the number line..??
and 1 more thing, the denominator should not be equal to zero so that the inequality won't be undefined.. so x should not be equal to -4 and 4 , right?
