its defintly not bandwagon  and im relatively sure its not slander. .however it might be a false delimma.bc for sure you can get your friend something...and correlation and causation fallacy ..althugh its related ..not getting that albumn is not the cause of there being nothing to get your friend...one of those 2 i think

I'm leaning towards false dilemma, too. The clerk is creating a situation in which you can only pick one or the other, but I'd say it's false because there's nothing to stop you from going to an alternative store.
