NEED HELLPPPP! please please show me all your steps <1 and <2 are supplementary angles. m< is 4y + 7 and m< is 9y + 4. Find m<2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

m< ? I think you missed one part of information. And remember, supplementary angles are 180 degrees.

I'm sorry its <1 and <2 are supplementary angles. m<1 is 4y + 7 and m< is 9y + 4. Find m<2 please help me on this im struggling

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Think of it like this, m<1 and m<2 are both supplementary angles. This means that they are both 180 degrees, so if you need borth m<1 and m<2 to equal 180 what do you need to do?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

M<1 and M<2 would need to both equal 90 degrees?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well it depends, could you possibly get a picture posted of the image related to the problem?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

there is no picture its just the problem as stated im not sure how to do this problem im so behind

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well do this m<1 + m<2 = 360 and then divide by two, but I myself am not perfectly understanding the question so I will not tell you this is 100% correct.

Okay thank you i appreciate you trying to help anyway....... its a hard thing to get on here it seems
