Well, I haven't been over this in a few weeks, so I can't remember the definitions, so I'll guess.

Mitosis- The process that a cell goes through before it multiplies.
Cytokinesis- I don't remember.

Ah I see, well yes - Mitosis is basically the process of cell multiplication or more specifically cell division. 

The clue for cytokinesis is all in the name: cyto- (cell) and kinesis (motion, movement). This is basically the end of mitosis where the two dividing cells break apart.
