In general,
\[\Large f(x) = b^{x} + k\]
has a range of (k, infinity) where b is some positive number.
OpenStudy (anonymous):
oh okay, so the answer is automatically either A or C right? :)
jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):
yep
OpenStudy (anonymous):
kk so how do i figure out the first part tho?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
wait so BOTH A and C are the answers then?? :O

just by finding the range??
OpenStudy (anonymous):
@jim_thompson5910 ?? :)
jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):
yes as described above, A and C have k = 2, so the range is (2, infinity)
OpenStudy (anonymous):
ohh and we don't need to findanythign regarding the domain?? just find the range and bam! youve got ur answers??
jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):
exactly, besides the domains of each one is (-inf, inf) anyway
