First you'd have to divide both sides by (-1) -x/-1>3/-1 [x would then be positive. When you divide negative numbers from the x side you have to flip the inequality sign over, so it'd be x<-3] Also, whenever you have a > or < sign, there always open circles, so B & D are eliminated. Finally since x is less than -3, it'd be shading to the left of it, so your anwer is A.
