Well, think of money. Decimals. What if you're an accountant and you want to find a percent of a certain amount of money? Like 50 percent of 100 bucks? Easy. 50 bucks. Money is a great analogy in decimals and stuff. I suggest to use it, along with sports and integers. So, an example is like Josh lost 2 yards, and gained 5 yards. You start from o, and then go to negative2. Then, add positive 5, and you get positive 3. SO I like using sports and money as great analogies. Try them out, see how they suit you!

"The more math homework my teacher gives me, the more I hate math." Can be written like "My hatred of math is dependent on how much homework my teacher gives me" or H(m) [hatred of math] = A [amount of homework]
