OpenStudy (nincompoop):

how would one weigh the universe?

OpenStudy (mayankdevnani):

Technically speaking, the universe as a whole doesn't weigh anything. Weight is a unit of force, in this context gravity, which works on a given world, but not with the universe as a whole. Since weight is justified by gravity... you can't really weigh the universe.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

she means finding the MASS of the universe!!!
