I have a project that involves signals. For the most part it's done, but I just need it to output a few more results.
Here is what it does so far:
It scans a row vector (signal file) and find the first highest point (this is where the tone is) then it continues to scan the row vector (signal file).
I need it to save a part of this row vector( signal file) into a new vector.
So after it has finished finding the highest point in the tone, it needs to store the all of the next data points until it finds another huge spike in the data.
This is kinda hard to explain. If someone is willing to take a look at my code, that would be great.

Having a look now, I am pretty burnt out... it does seem straight forward tho.

Here is file d2 when I run it through the same code: I have changed line 38 in the calpule file so that it doesn't skip over a fixed period, but instead Fs*21.5. But this doesn't seem to work with the other files (d1 and d2).

Right, you need to scan along the signal using some function of time, correct?

yes. every d file corresponds with a t file. (t,d) or (t1,d1) and (t2,d2)
