Start with what is inside the first radical: how can you write that with an exponent?

The the very inside radical is the same as \[6^{\frac{ 1 }{ 2 }}\]the next exponent can be written as 1/3 and the next can be written as 1/4. So it basicallly 6^(1/2)^(1/3)^(1/4) just simplify that
