OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[(m-4)/5>2\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its an ineqaulity

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You solve it the same way you'd solve a normal equation. The only gotcha is that if you multiply/divide by a negative number the sign changes direction

OpenStudy (anonymous):

m>14

OpenStudy (anonymous):

multi choice answers are m>-10 m>6 M>14 m>30

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well how did you solve that

OpenStudy (anonymous):

multiply each term in the problem by 5 simplyfiy the left side by canceling common factors ...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

multiply 2 by 5 since 4 doesnt have a letter move it to the right by adding 4 to both sides lastly add 10 to 4 to get 14

OpenStudy (anonymous):

did that help

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so basically i do this |dw:1357964639692:dw|
