wow give him a second..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x greater than or equal to -3 , x less than or greater to -3 , -3 less than or greater to x, A number line with a closed circle on negative 3 and shading to the right.

terenzreignz (terenzreignz):

@ivandelgado Does it really say "less than or greater to" ? Are you sure it's not "less than or equal to" ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

terenzreignz (terenzreignz):

In case my suspicions are correct and it's actually "less than or equal to" instead of "less than or greater to", then your choices may be written as follows: x ≥ -3 x ≤ -3 -3 ≤ x And the following part of the number line |dw:1358048245334:dw| Is this the case?

@terenzreignz

terenzreignz (terenzreignz):

Might to well to simplify 2x - 1 ≥ 7 first. Go ahead and do that.

terenzreignz (terenzreignz):

By the way, if something is "less than or greater than" something, it simply means they are not equal. So ≠ should work just fine for its symbol.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x less than or greater to -3

terenzreignz (terenzreignz):

Please show your steps on how you got it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that's the answer?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

? @terenzreignz

terenzreignz (terenzreignz):

Given that you've typed the question correctly, then that's one of them, I guess.
