what does a greater slope mean?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im learning about graphs and it asked me what is a greater slope??

OpenStudy (kuoministers):

means steeper

OpenStudy (kuoministers):

A negative slope, by the way, just indicates point of view: is the line rising or falling? It can rise or fall very quickly (steep) or very slowly (shallow). And, there is no limit to the steepness of a slope. It can run vertical (90° with the horizontal), and is called an undefined slope. It is actually an infinitely steep slope. The shallowest slope would be a slope of zero - a horizontal line.
