How many moles are in 44.2L of Oxygen gas? How is this different from a gram to mole calculation?

In this particular problem, we need to know that for an ideal gas, every mole of an ideal gas @ STP occupies 22.4L of volume.  As a result we have a conversion factor that says 22.4 L/mol.

This is similar to a gram to mole calculation in that you will use factor-label methods to reduce the answer down to the unit you are looking for so there is nothing new in that regard.  All we need to do is know what quantity we are solving for and how to set up our conversion factor.  Is this enough info or do you require more advice?
