OpenStudy (anonymous):

im not sure if it a or b

OpenStudy (anonymous):

This should be posted in English or Writing I think.. but..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its on my geometry test

OpenStudy (abb0t):

didn't you ask this already in the biology and in health sciences, and in physics section?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what.. thats weird

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah...this and truth tables are throwing me off a little

OpenStudy (anonymous):

noo...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if i did it wasnt intentional

OpenStudy (anonymous):

look at these

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok?????

OpenStudy (anonymous):

b was wrong so it must be a i guess..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but then the other one says otherwise lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

any thoughts?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@jim_thompson5910

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ill go with b and let u know

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Or go with a :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No wait, it says or...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i meant AAAA not b

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but yeah it says or that is why it is throwing me off

OpenStudy (kirbykirby):

The firts part of the statement :A tiger is a cat" is true A cat has for legs: is false It's joined by "AND" so True AND False = False as a whole

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh wait.........

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ah ok: A tiger is a cat AND a car has two legs: FALSE A poodle is a cat, or a dog has four legs. TRUE An ostrich is a bird, and a bird has two legs. TRUE An ostrich is an insect, or all insects have five wings. FALSE A poodle is a dog, or a poodle has two eyes. TRUE

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i was about to say the same thing

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it woud have to be 2 falses for am or

OpenStudy (anonymous):

As a programmer I feel ashamed for not seeing that earlier ;)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol well u got it eventually so doesnt matter

OpenStudy (anonymous):

just to double check can i post another question i think i got right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Read the statements shown below. If a polygon has three sides, it is a triangle. If an angle of a triangle measures 90° it is a right triangle. Beth constructed a triangle in the geometry class. Based on the given statements, which is a valid argument? It can be concluded that Beth drew a scalene triangle. It can be concluded that Beth drew a right triangle. It cannot be concluded that Beth drew a polygon with three sides. It cannot be concluded that Beth drew a triangle with an angle measure of 90°.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sure

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i said it was d

OpenStudy (anonymous):

because nothing else can be assumed from the statement

OpenStudy (kirbykirby):

I agree with d as well

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I agree

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok im gonna sumbit then..........

OpenStudy (anonymous):

submit*

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok :) good luck

OpenStudy (anonymous):

those were right lol...but i got a different two wrong

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks anyway

OpenStudy (kirbykirby):

Aww.
