P = 2L + W2 we have to "Isolate W" so it looks like W= ......... First we have to bring the 2L to the LHS(Left hand side) P-2L = 2L-2L + W2 P-2L=W2 Re-write it with W2 on the RHS. W2=P-2L W=(P-2L)/2
