Example A: 2n + 3 = 13 Example B: n + 3 = 13 Which example is a one-step equation? How is solving a two-step equation like solving one-step equation? How is solving them different?

Please help me. There will be medals for the best answer

Example B is a one-step equation because all you have to do is subtract 3 from both sides and you find that n=10. You only did one step which was subtracting the 3. Example A would be a two-step equation because first you subtract 3 from both sides to get 2n=10. then you divide both sides by 2 to get n=5. You did two steps to solve this.
