Are there any conditions under the freedom of religion that could be denied? If so, when and why might the freedom be denied?

The freedom of religion can only be denied (in America) when it poses a constitutional threat to the freedom of other individuals. Look at it this way: outward prayer is not allowed in public schools. Why? Because somewhere along the line, someone is going to feel oppressed by that prayer. It's sort of like saying, "Hey, everyone pray to my god." This wouldn't be legally or constitutionally fair if a Christian is praying in front of a Buddhist, challenging their beliefs (but this is only in context. Technically, you can pray wherever and in front of whomever you want, but public schools are a delicate place because people are being "trained" there). Whether this is right or wrong is really up to how open-minded someone is. This sort of thing can get kind of confusing, and it's very controversial sometimes, but the gist of it is: If it even seems to challenge another person's constitutional freedom, get rid rid of it. I hope this helped you; if you need anymore help, please let me know! :D Cheers, Tafkas
