OpenStudy (somegirl1999):

The triangles shown are congruent. Find the measure of angle P. CE_triangle MLK approx equal to triangle RQP triangles (1 point) 43° 32° 105° 37.5°

OpenStudy (somegirl1999):

Plz help im dumb when it come's to math lol

OpenStudy (phi):

need a picture for this btw, if by approx equal you mean the symbol \(\approx\) then you should say congruent. In geometry, ≈ means congruent to

OpenStudy (somegirl1999):

Ok thank you again here let me get a pic

OpenStudy (phi):

congruent means the same triangle (same angles and sides) MLK RQP which angle in MLK corresponds to angle P in RQP ? use the idea that the angle listed in order MLK correspond to the angles listed in order of RQP

OpenStudy (somegirl1999):

so would the answer be 43 ?? im srry im not good at this i never understood this type of math problems

OpenStudy (phi):

congruent shapes are exactly the same , except for how they are oriented. If you know the sides and angles on one you know the sides and angles of the other The only trick is matching up the correct angles. One way is use the labels if they write ABC congruent to XYZ then A=X, B=Y and C=Z for your problem K= P

OpenStudy (phi):

you know K is 43, so you also know P is 43 degrees

OpenStudy (somegirl1999):

Ohhhhhhh i see now thank you so much
