Morning All (that are in the Western Hemisphere anyway:) Can someone take a look at the sentence below and tell me if it needs any punctuation, and if so, where I should insert it? Thank you for any help:) denise: Whenever my wife and I discuss vacation arrangements we often conclude that we should plan separate intineries.
I am thinking after the word "arrangements" but I can't find a rule on it in my Gregg text;)
is that the sentence? ^^^^^^^^
Yes Lilly:)
sorry, I went back and was working on the other parts of the paper:)
darn, I must have missed you. I will go back to my work for now but I was getting ready to turn in the paper. I think I'll hold off in case you come back;) Thank you Lilly, Denise
U'r Sentence looks alright to me. :)
Hi Denise, I think you are correct. I do believe there should be a comma after the word arrangements.
Yeah, I agree with glpowell. I didnt notice that before. oops. sorry.
oh thanks you guys!! Do you think just the one comma there?
I think the only comma needed is after the word "arrangements."
You?
Ok Lilly, I say it outloud with the comma after "that" and it just doesn't sound right, and again, I don't see a rule on it so I will go with one comma:) Thank you BOTH!! Denise
