it is clearly discontinuous at x=0 because when x=0 we do not have a y=something. The y-axis seems to be an asymptote (an asymptote signifies a discontinuity)

by that same token we can eliminate x=3 b/c when we have x=3 we seem to have y=.2 or some small number. So when a function is discontinuous somewhere it means it's not defined there that means when we try to plug in x=something we cannot find a corresponding y.
