Obviously it’s B. [French citizens claimed their natural rights.] You have to understand that, basically, what the social contract says is that both the government and the governed have both have limited rights and duties. Why it’s not A.: At this time in History, women weren’t considered to be part of this social contract; only men were. Why it’s not C.: If I remember correct, France did have a debt at the time of the French Revolution, but that has nothing to do with the social contact. And for D.: As for this one, was there more to this answer? It looks like a part of the answer wasn’t copied :O
