Graph the polar equation r = 3 + 3 sin(theta)
|dw:1360515558555:dw| make a table like this, you can graph any thing by yourself. let value of theta increases a little by little: 0 - pi/6--pi/4--pi/3---pi/2---5pi/6...and so on. the horizontal is the length or r, the vertical is the angle theta . try to do, if you have some problem, i will check, if i can help, i will hope this help
I really appreciate your help, but I don't understand WHAT it is that these things are and what they are for or what I'm doing or trying to do. :(
you have 2 things to put into your equation: theta, and r. reply immediately in order to know where you not understand
you make a table as I drew. that means you go from theta to r. first of all. you start at theta =0, sin(0) = 0--> 3sin (0) = 0 --->r = 3+ 3 sin(0) = 3. you have the first value of r is 3, do you get what i am saying?
you must have the whole value of theta and r. from those values, you link the values of r to get the graph. that's all what you have to do. I can explain step by step for you to know how to graph. If you need just the result. I cannot. Sorry, I don't want to be a person who ruin your math skill by giving the result.
Thank you for your help, I'm not expecting the answer. I'm really sorry for not exactly understanding everything. It's just difficult for me. Math, is awful for me.

Oh my goodness, thank you so much!
Sorry for asking, but if you don't like math, what course requires you to work in polar coordinates?
PreCalculus
(I've been in honors math and English since I was in JH, so I'm a class ahead of where I should be.)
wait, you do that in high school?
Yeah.
heh I only did these things first year on college. oh well, good luck :)
Thank you lol.
