Question

In the first video lecture, when the topic is about scaling argument, a mammal was taken as an example. There MASS was taken proportional to the THIRD POWER OF SIZE considering it the volume of the mammal. But, was the LENGTH, WIDTH, and HEIGHT taken same because VOLUME= LENGTH*HEIGHT*WIDTH. IF they are same, then it seems to me too far from the reality. Please, someone help me.......
