what are the coordinates of the terminal point corresponding to θ=10pi/3

OpenStudy (phi):

if you start at 0 and go 2pi , you are back where you started (a full circle) 2pi is the same as 6 pi/3 notice that 10 pi/3 is bigger than 6 pi/3 . that means it is more than once around the circle. I would subtract 6 pi/3 (which is 2pi) to get 10 pi/3 - 6 pi/3 = 4 pi/3 now figure out where 4 pi/3 is. which quadrant is it in ?

OpenStudy (phi):

pi/2 is 1/4 of the way (90 degrees) pi is 1/2 the way around the circle (180 degrees) notice that pi is the same as 3 pi/3 4 pi/3 is pi/3 more than 3 pi/3.

i see what your explaining, i just dont really understand what it is asking about the "terminal point"
