answer is A

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Whyy?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

here is why: "Suppose an archeologist finds a 10th-century gold coin from the Abbasid Caliphate in a Viking grave in Norway, thousands of miles away" Why? Because the coin was found thousands of miles away. Is not D because it's irrelevant. The real question is why was the coin from the Middle East doing in a Viking grave in Norway. Only way it got there was by trading. Geo HS Student
