Well, if one has to pick the *most* likely, I say gerrymandering and shift in socioeconomics of districts, in fact it's pretty much a guarantee. That said, every once in awhile a state will gain or lose a member to the House of Representatives. I don't remember any losses in my lifetime - maybe though, Wyoming lost population in a census twenty or thirty years ago, but I'm not sure the loss was enough to cause them to lose a representative. Notice that I did not use the word "loose" in place of "lose," even once.
