What is the prime factorization of 432?
What rules of prime factors have you learned?
I have that the prime numbers only have 2 factors one and itself and that composite numbers have two or more factors. Then all we have are examples. I'm struggling with this. :O
Ok, do you know how to tell if a number is divisible by 2, 3, 4, 6, or 9?
No.
A number us divisible by 22 if it is even; in other words, it ends in 2, 4, 6, 8, or 0. A number is divisible by 3 if the sum of its digits is divisible by 3. A number is divisible by4 if the last two digits of the number are divisible by 4. A number is divisible by6 if it is divisible by 2 and 3. A number is divisible by 9 if the sum of its digits is divisible by 9. So, can we use any of these rules to help us answer your question?
oops, that should be is divisible by 2 not 22.
So, can we apply any of those rules to help answer your question?
