1 is correct. 2 is correct. 3 is B. 4 i think is subjunctive. I know it's not indicative b/c that would be: "The packages have arrived"(a statement) and I don't think it's imperative. Might be non of the above. 5 is correct.

Imperative is more like a command. "Take out the trash" would be imperative. You generally use subjunctive for stuff you are not sure of.
