a 4 term polynomial is a cubic, correct? if you put it in standard form, you put it in this form: \[y=ax^3+bx^2+cx+d\]

so if you have: \[y=(x+3)^3\] how to get it into standard form (general form) is to expand it. Make sure that all your indices go from highest to lowest
