Basically what you are going to do is solve both equations for y. If you look at the graph, you have two lines that are: \[y=-2x-4\] When you solve the pairs of equations for y, you need to get the equation above. If you get something else, then that is not the correct answer. Which, in this case, happens to be the second one.

Figure out the equation of the line on the graph. They both have the same slope and intercept. Therefore, they are the same line.
