This is the article: Every day, people from all around the world are being affected by either physical, verbal, indirect or cyber bullying. Almost anyone and everyone are either victims or suspects of bullying. In any dictionary, bullying is defined as “using superior strength or influence to intimidate someone, typically to force him or her to do what one wants,” but of course that’s not the only way we can define it. Bullying has four general forms which each consist of multiple ways to be performed. Physical can be when someone hits, kicks, shoves, spits, scratches you/others, or any other form of physical attack. Verbal consists of name calling, insulting, making sexist, racist or homophobic jokes, remarks or teasing. Indirect is when someone spreads nasty or untrue rumors about you/others, excludes you/others from social groups, or making you/others the subject of malicious rumors. Cyber bullying is any type of bullying carried out by an electronic medium(text message, picture/video clip, phone call, email, chat room, instant messaging/IM, websites). People all around the world, every country, state and city, are affected by bullying, and lots of people take it very seriously. Some even take it to the point of killing themselves or others around them. Approximately every seven seconds someone commits suicide from bullying and 1 out of 10 kids drop out of school from the fear of being bullied. In a 2005 survey, people said that others were most often bullied because of their appearance. The next top reason was because of their sexual orientation. People are bullied from appearance, sexuality, how they act, how they talk, whether they are ‘smart or dumb’, and almost anything and everything else. Imagine someone who is a little overweight or has acne or a disability. Maybe they talk with an accent or a lisp. Maybe they aren’t very good at making friends. Or maybe they date too many guys or girls. You can get an idea of why people would say things about them, even though it isn’t right we know it is bound to happen. Now imagine a girl, let’s call her Jenny. She is very smart, athletic, and friendly. She isn’t overweight or underweight. She has a clear complexion and doesn’t date many guys. She has plenty of friends and is happy. One day a new girl comes to her school. Now remember Jenny wasn’t bullied before and had everything going good. This new girl comes and notices Jenny. She is jealous of her, wants something she has, or just doesn’t like her for any particular reason. The next day Jenny goes to school, she gets a lot of dirty looks but doesn’t know why. Her friend then goes up to her asking if she really did sleep with the football team. Jenny is completely clueless as to why she would ask that because it’s untrue and apparently the whole school thinks that. The next day random people, some she doesn’t even know, call her ugly or fat. She decides to just ignore it and goes home. At home she goes on her Facebook page and sees she has a lot of new messages. She opens them to only find messages saying things such as “Youre so disgusting how could you do that?!” “Wow who thought someone as ugly as you would get James Dean” and “I thought you were a nice girl. Guess not from what Allison and Chris were saying”. The whole time reading them, Jenny is yet again clueless to all of it. She doesn’t know what she did to make people hate her. She goes to school the next day and nobody even goes near her. She tries ignoring it but she then gets pushed and shoved. She just goes home to more “hate mail”. Most saying “Nobody likes you” and “You’re useless! Go die!” She gets many messages and texts telling her to kill herself, that no one wants her to live and that she’s useless. One of her friends at school the next day goes to her first period class wondering where Jenny was. Then the principal says over the intercom “Please take a moment of silence for Jenny Walker who had killed herself last night. She left a note saying ‘Are you happy now? I mean I am useless, right’. That is all.” See how just one thing can lead to another? Jenny was a happy girl with a good family, good friends and good grades but one person changed it all. This happens every day all over the world. About 56% of students have witnessed bullying in any form and 71% of people report incidents of bullying as a problem. When someone sees another being bullied they do one of two things. They do something about it or they standby and just watch it happen. The ones that stand by are called bystanders, real creative name, right? Many say that bystanders don’t cause or influence the problem. But think about it. What if someone was being robbed next door to your house? You just stand and do nothing. Could you have prevented it? Actually yes, you could have, you could call the police or do at least something. So by just standing there you further influenced the problem. Same goes for bullying. If you stand by and watch you are only further influencing the issue. Bystanders, too, are bullies. Bullying happens every day, everywhere, and to many people. Some do something about it and some don’t. Some care, some don’t. Some kill themselves, some kill others. Is this a crime? If you bully someone to death, is it murder? Think about it. If you have anything that needs reviewing or editing let me know :)

I'm not sure if this is an assignment given where you have to find the mistakes? but everything seems to look fine :) Is there anything particular that you are unsure of?
