Small pieces of rock that enter Earth's atmosphere at speeds of 15 to 70 km/s and burn up are called stars meteors meteorites asteroids A comet develops a coma because of gravity Earth's atmosphere the Oort Cloud heat from the sun
i think the first one is meteors not sure about the second one

Do you know the difference between a meteor, a meteorite and an asteroid?
1st one is meterites
i was thinking it was either meteorites or metoeors so meteorites it is
im not sure bt i think 2 is heat from he sun not 100% sure
Okay for Question one..First A Meteor is a meteoroid that burns up as it passes through the Earth’s atmosphere is known as a meteor. A Meteorite is a meteoroid that survives falling through the Earth’s atmosphere and colliding with the Earth’s surface is known as a meteorite.
The first question is definentlyy the second one im 100% sure!!
ok so not meteorites meteors
Yep yep
thx dragon that makes sense
You're welcome :) you still want help with the 2nd question?
^ she prob knows more than me
but i think it is the suns heat for 2
yes please :)
The second question is definitely gravity im 100% sure. Anyways there you go
So that means the first one is meteorites and the second one is gravity. I hope you understand :)
A coma is a diffuse cloud of gas and dust surrounding the nucleus of a comet. As a comet nears the inner solar system, heat from the sun vaporizes some of the ice on the surface of the nucleus, spewing gas and dust particles into space. This gas and dust forms the comet’s coma. So wouldn't the answer be heat from the sun? O.o
i think soo lol
that's what I was thinking xD though gravity sorta makes sense ina way :s
@Opcode wat do u think?
oops read it too fast!! lol yes your right!!!. because As a comet approaches the sun a coma or tail forms from gases and dust released from the comet as it thaws in the warming sunlight. The solar wind pushes the tail away from the sun, the tail therefore is always being blown away from the sun no matter what position the comet is in with respect to the sun.
Aha yay, we got a final answer! :)
yay
1. Meteors 2. Heat from the Sun
Sorry I responded late @thatgirlisheres
